THE BUILDING
Busi-Bodies Children’s Nursery is a converted odean-style detached house with a tarmac car park and an enclosed grassed rear garden. Front entrances are Yale locked at all times during the day and the nursery has an automated fire alarm system. There are four nursery playrooms, two sleep rooms and child-sized toilets and hand-basins.

OPENING HOURS
Busi-Bodies is open Monday to Friday inclusive from 8:00am to 6:00pm all year only closing for the statutory Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

FEES
Fees can either be payable at an hourly rate of £2.80 per hour per child ( A reduction may be made for two or more children from the same family and for children attending for over thirty five hours per week) or per session. No fees will be payable by you for the Bank Holidays, during which we are closed.

All fees are payable monthly in advance.

Please note: one months notice or fees in lieu must be given for the termination of your child's place in the nursery.

REQUIREMENTS

Baby Nursery (upstairs) up to 18 months old

1. Baby milk (made in bottles) and food for your child’s daily needs.
2. Disposable nappies, wipes or cotton wool and cream.
3. Sun hat and cream.
4. A change of clothes. (please ensure labels are firmly attached in your child’s clothes)

Main Nursery Rooms (downstairs)

1. Packed meals if cooked lunches are not required
2. Sun hat and cream
3. Disposable nappies, wipes or cotton wool and cream.
4. A good supply of clothes if your child is toilet training.
5. A change of clothes even for older children.

MEALS
Busi-Bodies will provide mid-morning and afternoon drinks and snacks. Snacks will be biscuits, fresh fruit or dried fruit.

Breakfast is available at 8:00am at a charge of 50p, which will be cereal or toast.

Hot lunches can be provided at a charge of £1.50 per day which includes a dessert. Our lunches are freshly cooked each day by qualified staff. (Menus are available on request and all dietary needs can be catered for)

Tea is available at 4:00pm at a charge of £1.00, which is a cold buffet tea.

You may provide cold packed meals for your child if you prefer. Only children in the baby nursery, up to eighteen months may bring meals to be heated.

Disposal of Nappies
As environmental costs continue to increase we will charge you 50p per week to help meet the cost of disposal, whilst your child is in nappies. It is your responsibility to advise the office when your child is fully toilet trained.
